Border Safety Wears is a leading supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products across the GCC region and beyond. Our product range includes, but is not limited to:

• Hand protection (gloves), eye protection (goggles, face shields), and hearing protection

While we make every effort to display product information, images, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible, we do not warrant that all such content is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or free of errors. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order through our website, email, telephone, or any other sales channel, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, which may include advance payment, letter of credit, or credit terms for approved accounts
• We accept payments through bank transfer, cheque, and other mutually agreed payment methods
• For credit accounts, payment is due within the agreed credit period. Late payments may incur additional charges

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written order confirmation from Border Safety Wears. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

We deliver products across the UAE and ship internationally to GCC countries and other regions upon request. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are determined based on order size, location, and availability.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery
• Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods by contacting our sales or customer service team
• Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all packaging and tags intact
• Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

All products supplied by Border Safety Wears are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's terms.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety regulations
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow product guidelines
• Products must be stored and maintained as per the manufacturer's recommendations to remain covered under warranty
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing along with proof of purchase and supporting documentation

Border Safety Wears shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
