Sales Executive – PPE

Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Job Description

As a Sales Executive – PPE, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of Border Safety Wears' Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products across the UAE market. You will actively engage with contractors, industrial companies, manufacturing facilities, construction firms, oil & gas contractors, and trading companies to identify opportunities, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong knowledge of industrial safety products and the ability to generate new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠Generate new business opportunities and expand Border's customer base within assigned territories
  • Promote and sell the complete Head-to-Toe PPE product range including Safety Shoes, Workwear, Gloves, Helmets, Respiratory Protection, and related safety products
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and HSE professionals
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in PPE, Industrial Safety Products, Building Materials, Industrial Supplies, or related sectors
  • Strong knowledge of PPE and industrial safety products is preferred
  • ⁠Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the UAE market
  • ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • ⁠Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • ⁠Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • ⁠Experience working with contractors, industrial customers, and procurement teams is an advantage
  • ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • ⁠Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
